HollandPTC Beamtime Call 2026

Holland Proton Therapy Centre invites proposals for research projects requiring access to its proton beam research facilities. The call aims to support innovative proof-of-principle studies, methodological developments, and experimental validation in radiation science and technology. The HollandPTC research beam line supports a wide range of irradiation conditions, including variations in proton energy, flux, dose, dose rate, and beam geometry. Biological laboratory infrastructure and dosimetry instrumentation are available on site.

The call is open to a broad range of experimental activities, with particular focus on:
  • radiation physics,
  • detector and dosimetry development,
  • radiation biology,
  • proton radiobiology,
  • radiation hardness testing,
  • and related technological applications.
A total of 6 evening research slots will be allocated through this call. Pilot studies and exploratory projects are strongly encouraged.
Timeline
